Refund policy

Product (s) can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that the product must be unused and the price label must be attached along with the purchase invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.

There are many color effects including when we’re on shooting and photo-shoots of our models, everything is monitored on our screens by our highly qualified I.T team they take every shoot slightly and make it more creative or attractive by their skills, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

We will only exchange any product(s) if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect. In some cases, there is a size issue.

Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the defective products at info@clothinginn.com or Whatsapp at +92 304 6284334 within 3 working days of purchase. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with the same price-value product.
